Mermaid. Commissioned by the City of Norfolk's Sister Cities. Designed and painted with acrylics by Robin Dunbar. This sculpture was presented as a gift to Kochi, India. Fiberglass mermaid made by another artist.

Mosaic Mural. Made for a Virginia YMCA's Mind & Body Studio. Foiled paper on canvas. Approximately 12 ft wide x 3 ft height.
20 ft Festival Puppet. This was one of a series of large walking puppets for festivals held at a park by the Elizabeth River in Norfolk, Virginia.
A Royal Awakening. A tabletop clay sculpture sitting on a mirror that represented Princess Elizabeth, daughter to King James I for whom the Elizabeth River.
The Opera Lady Mermaid. One of a series of sculpted mermaid puppets that were displayed at the City of Norfolk where the mermaid is their mascot.
Jester Mermaid. Commissioned for the City of Norfolk's Mermaid on Parade initiative. The sculpture is hollow and is the only lighted mermaid and it hangs on the side of a building.
The Dominion Energy Learning Barge. Robin Dunbar helped design the 120'x32' floating classroom in partnership with the University of Virginia and a marine architect. The barge, also known as America's greenest vessel, is owned by the nonprofit Elizabeth River Project and has live wetlands, a classroom, and a rain capturing system. All energy is harnessed by the wind and sun.
A Kid's Paradise. Dunbar designed a natural playground for Virginia's City of Portsmouth Paradise Creek Nature Park.
Mummichogs. In partnership with Crisman and Petrus Architects, Dunbar helped paint mummichog fish on the River Academy, an education building utilized by the nonprofit Elizabeth River Project at Paradise Creek Nature Park, Portsmouth, Virginia.
Blue Heron Parade Puppets. Robin Dunbar created 20 blue heron puppets that students carried to unveil a new art installation at Paradise Creek Nature Park by Scotland's artist Rob Mulholland that included 50 polished steel blue herons.
