Robin Dunbar developed and portrayed the historic character, Princess Elizabeth, for whom Virginia's Elizabeth River was named, as a keynote speaker for Virginia's nonprofit Elizabeth River Project. In an Elizabethan costume and British accent, she delivered river education with original stories and art to inspire stewardship.
Storytelling Mission
At Riverology, the mission is to enchant the hearts and minds of the youngest generation—our precious Baybabies—through the magic of tabletop theater, captivating storytelling.
As a Riverologist, I blend science, art, and imagination to transform environmental care into an interactive experience. By weaving stories of shimmering waves, whimsical wildlife, and pristine wetlands, I teach children to cherish, protect, and keep our vital waterways free of debris. I believe that by nurturing a deep, artistic love for nature today, we inspire tomorrow's dedicated water guardians.
PROJECT UNDERWAY
